Because of the nature of our products and to maintain safety and hygiene standards, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds once an order has been placed. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.


Replacements

Your satisfaction matters to us. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’re happy to provide a replacement at no extra cost.

To request a replacement:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.

Our team will review your request promptly and, if approved, arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you as soon as possible.

Please note that:

  • Replacements are only provided for items that arrive damaged or defective.

  • Normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage are not covered.
